    Terms and Conditions of Booking


A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance

is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Life happens and if for some reason it is necessary to cancel we will refund your deposit less $50 if notified thirty days before your arrival.  Less than thirty days notice forfeits your deposit unless we are able to rent the Cottage or Hacienda for that time.
